Pantry Makeover - $75 per hour
- Grocery store excursion, label reading, buying for furnished
recipes
- Review of existing foods in refrigerator and pantry, weekly food prep instructions
Cook and Store - $75
per hour
- How to create "fast food"
- How to cook as little as possible
- Spend two hours per week, for seven days of food
Exercise – Individual Sessions
- In-Home
- Personal Space Fitness,
Analysis session
- Health history, strength capabilities testing, flexibility
measurement, fat percentage, body mass and basal metabolic rate
calculation, goal setting - $35 (Must be completed before any
regular exercise session)
- All exercise sessions, including single sessions, include a
written workout program
